“First of all, when the property was sold to us, the seller provided photos and clearly informed us which garage belonged to the property. It was the seller’s agent’s responsibility to provide the correct information. I deeply regret the loss caused to you due to their negligence. I did my utmost to return 90% of the items that were moved, and I believe all the valuable items have already been returned. I also expressed my willingness to support you in pursuing legal action against the seller’s agent. All the documentation has been shown to you, and you acknowledged understanding at the time. However, after realizing that the seller was unresponsive and you couldn’t receive compensation exceeding the value of your lost items, you began directing various accusations towards me. I find this behavior difficult to understand. If necessary, please contact my lawyer instead of spreading false information.”
